Please join us is recognizing both Norah Cunningham and Tatiana Guardado for their dedicated exemplary advocacy inside the courtroom as well as playing a critical role behind the scenes supporting our clients.
Congratulations to Norah Cunningham, promoted to Staff Attorney II
As a Staff Attorney II, Norah will continue to enforce crime victims’ rights, secure restraining orders, vacate criminal records and seek immigration relief on behalf of our clients. Norah will now also provide mentorship to our newly hired Staff Attorneys and Legal Fellows and play a leadership role as our team continues to grow.

Congratulations to Tatiana “Tati” Guardado, promoted to Client Advocate II
As a Client Advocate II, Tati will continue to provide comprehensive and compassionate case management and advocacy by using key social work values including survivor empowerment, maintaining professional boundaries, and psychoeducation. Tati will now also take the lead in conducting initial referral screenings and provide mentorship to the newly hired Client Advocates.

A Warm Farewell to Chloe Czabaranek
It’s been a honor to work alongside Chloe the past few years, first as a Legal Fellow and then as a Staff Attorney. Chloe was a staunch advocate for all our clients in & out of the courtroom and she will be greatly missed now that she is at the Matian Firm where she will be focusing her legal career on immigration law. Chloe continues to be a leader in the Filipinx legal community and serves as the Legal Clinics Director for the Filipino Board Association of Northern California (FBANC). Please join us in wishing Chloe the very best on all her new endeavors.
