Many trafficked persons need legal representation when navigating various complex systems such as accessing public benefits, clearing driving license suspensions, and navigating professional licensing boards to gain access to economic stability and normal privileges like being able to drive or work in the profession of their own choosing. Justice At Last does a trauma-informed, survivor-centered, rights based comprehensive intake to help identify all possible legal needs. Our expertise, while specialized for trafficked persons, is diverse. We advise clients about all their rights and we emphasize a holistic approach that empowers survivors to seek justice on their own terms.
