Public Benefits Access

It is common for survivors to require public benefits in order to maintain stability after their trafficking experience. Justice At Last screens all survivors for public benefit eligibility and connects survivors with case management services to assist with their applications. We also provide attorney certification letters for foreign national survivors applying for benefits under California and Federal programs. When survivors apply for benefits and are erroneously denied, Justice At Last takes legal action to ensure that survivors are able to receive all benefits to which they are legally entitled.
