Victim Compensation Program

Survivors often have various expenses resulting from their trafficking, including mental health, physical health, lost income, and relocation expenses. The California Victims’ Compensation Board (CalVCB) is a state-based program that reimburses crime-related expenses including lost income for trafficking survivors and connects victims with services and support. Justice At Last screens survivors for eligibility and helps survivors apply for the program and eligible reimbursements.
